The house has 3 double bedrooms, can be rented as a whole sleeping up to 6 guests at a time . The bedrooms are very spacious and well distanced from each other. Two of the bedrooms have shared bathroom with shower and toilet and 1 room has it’s own bathroom with shower and toilet.
There is a spacious sitting room, dinning room, kitchen , laundry room and a very large veranda/ balcony . 2 bedrooms have their own patio/ balcony. The house is fully air conditioned , free WiFi, cable TV etc
Guests can use the whole house to themselves . There is a spacious sitting room , dinning room , kitchen, laundry room , large veranda and surrounded by a beautiful garden with fruit trees like banana , pawpaw, star fruits , coconut etc .
The whole house
I currently live and work in the UK . One of my staff ( Fania) manage the property but don’t leave at the property . I am happy for guest to contact me and my husband , our phone numbers will be in the information booklet once staff check in . Fania can be contacted at any time and will be meeting all the guests on arrival at the airport or at the property.
I was born and raised at Beoliere, it is a small hamlet on the West coast of Mahe ( the main island ) . My mum and other siblings lives down the main road and my sister lives next door to the property . The place has a community feel , not highly populated and you can hear the birds sing and cockerel in the morning . You can sit under the veranda until late and watch the sun set and lovely sea view between the greenery .
There is private road and parking access at the property . The cheapest way to get around is by public transport ( buses) , the bus stops are situated about 5 mins walk down the main road .
You can also rent a car costing about 50 - 60 Euros a day .
Taxis are expensive ranging from 50-80 Euros a trip .
Island hoping can be done via very comfortable ferry to Praslin and La Digue .
Island hoping can also be by helicopter and planes those are more expensive
You can also chatter a yacht for the day
The nearest beach is 30 mins walk from the property or 2 mins in the car . The airport is 30 mins by car , there is a fee for airport shuttles depending on type of transport and amount of people , the fee is between 50 Euros per transport up to 3 guests due to COVID restriction.
We have done some renovations during the lockdown and there is now a swimming pool and gazebo with barbecue area for guests to use.
Due to COVID restriction we are now renting the whole house with only 1 group of guests at a time .
We can organise off site activities at a fee , from fishing, glass bottom boat , island hoping, water sports, night life etc
All bedrooms have safe deposit .
