Pine Hill villa is located in the small Dalmatian village of Pupnat, close to the Island’s most spectacular bay, Pupnatska Luka and the historic town of Korcula.
Set in an extremely private, tranquil location, it is surrounded by lush pine forests, yet only a stroll down to the local village, which has two excellent restaurants, Konoba Mate (Michelin Guide 2018/9) and Pagar (agrotourism restaurant). The village church, 'Gospa od Sniga', which dates from the 1620s is situated in the village square.
There is also a mini market in the village for essentials.
The villa’s grounds are all in the beautiful traditional stone of the region, with a wonderful in ground pool, an outside shower and toilet, a large barbecue, huge terraces and a fabulous outdoor setting for alfresco dining. Everything you need for the perfect holiday!
Inside the villa: The lower level has two double bedrooms, both with ceiling fans and a bathroom with separate bath and shower. There is a beautiful farmhouse kitchen with open fireplace, wood burner, a dishwasher and all the usual appliances required. There is also a pantry, a laundry room and a separate lounge room on this level.
On the upper level there are three double bedrooms with ceiling fans and balconies. There is a bathroom with walk in shower, an ironing room, a second spacious lounge room; which also has two single sofa beds if required. The lounge rooms have satellite television / Netflix. Wifi throughout the house and the outside area is excellent.

Summary: The property was set in a quiet location above the village of Pupnat. Our host Rita was very accommodating ensuring we were comfortable and our needs met. It was a great base to relax and explore the island. Some excellent wineries and the local Mate restaurant was superb. You will need transport to get around. Great location for a relaxing stay.
