Our condo is at a high-end complex with excellent amenities. You will find everything you need, from beach towels and beach chairs to a coffee machine and blender for your tropical drinks. There are several outdoor BBQ's around the garden and pool area, pool, and snorkeling right at your back yard. View the Caribbean Sea from your private balcony relaxing at the hammock. Beautiful sunsets are just part of the deal!

From banana boat rides to Deep Sea Fishing; from snorkeling to scuba; kayaking or SUP, from sailing to luxury boat rides or just spending the day under a palm tree enjoying your Piña Colada... You will enjoy an 18-hole golf course, restaurants, pool and beautiful surroundings. Cabo Rojo is known for its beaches, with more than six beaches within a 20-40 minute drive. Apartment complex is at Joyuda, best known as the Seafood Mile consisting of more than 20 seafood restaurants on a one mile stretch.

Cabo Rojo is best known for its beaches, so you will have plenty of spots to choose from. From Joyuda you can catch a ride to 'Ratones Island', a beautiful key where you can spend the day. Also at Joyuda is Adventures Tourmarine where you can go on snorkeling or diving trips as well as fishing trips or just a ride around the beautiful West Coast!

Summary: This condo is in a great location. This was my fourth time staying at Hacienda golf y playa. Although the beach isn’t really swimmable you can place a beach chair and wet your feet. The pool was great. It did the job of cooling us off. One of the best feature of this property is the pool. I have rented a two bedroom on several occasions and always had a great stay. This time I rented a one bedroom for a shorter stay. The view was amazing but thought the condo could use some minor upgrades. The last day of my stay right before heading to the airport a kitchen pipe burst and flooded the entire apt. Luckily we got it under control. I understand that things can happen but my only issue was that I couldn't get any immediate help. I would highly recommend for property manager to have an emergency contact number in case of emergencies after work hours. Thankfully this hsppened in the morning when the ground keeper was just arriving but I dont know what I would've done if it was at 2 am where no one is around. Overall is a great place to spend a vacation. I love this place and will be rerurning again.
