Summary: We booked based on the many excellent reviews but realized that they were not accurate! The safe was unusable because they couldn’t open to factory setting (they were locked out), the hot tub wasn’t working for 2 days upon arrival without notice, the kitchen was not properly equipped, lacking basic utensils like a can opener, cups, cutting knife or sponge, bugs crawling on the counter & in my food, terrible smell/odour coming from the dishwasher into the room, dirty rusty cabinets & the lever on the shower was missing a screw, so it kept falling off on our feet & it was heavy, also you had to push the lever in with extreme force to turn the water on, the walkways & pavement around the pool areas were cracked and unsafe & there was major construction next door with noises & equipment parked in front of the hotel, parking lot was full of potholes filled with water, there wasn’t a manager to assist or speak to except for the 2nd day & it was his last day working at red roof & with the holidays, there wasn’t a manager onsite for days. Hotels.com requested assistance on our behalf multiple times & they were unresponsive. Grace was pleasant, Stefan was not friendly & failed to follow up with providing us with missing items in the kitchen- he offered us another room that was worse than the one we had & said they have other room with 1 king, we are 4 adults (insulting!) Holidays are for relaxing but this place was frustrating- the only decent thing was the location & the beds.

Summary: Good personnal on site. Cleanness of the room is not this good but it's what we have for in that kind of chain. Some will love, but not us.

Summary: Not a bad hotel at all. Our room stunk really bad when we first walked in.. the beds are super uncomfortable. Morning staff not really friendly. I paid a lot of money and there was no breakfast served. So I know to look for that elsewhere next time. Other than that it was great

Summary: Cash only security deposit??? Also said I had to forfeit it because I had early morning flight and was checking out around 4:00 am. They had no one working from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am (???). Such a crazy experience with this hotel. Do not recommend it for anyone.

Summary: I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday). On Saturday morning I left the room at 9am and came back at 7pm to find my room exactly as I left it. No cleaning was done in the room! I called the front desk and the gentleman told me: "I am not responsible for your room not being cleaned". Then the second night we had to call the police since a drunk person was banging in our room. Police had to come twice but the hotel did not have any kind of security or rules not to be drinking late at night in the pool area. If they do, they do not enforce them.
I think I definitely need to be reimbursed at least for one night due to not cleaning my room! unaceptable!
