Sea Lodge is a great base located in the heart of Croyde Village giving easy access to the beach and amenities. Set over 2 levels, this spacious apartment is a great choice for your family holiday in Croyde.

Cooking
The modern kitchen is well equipped and provides everything you need to cater for your family during your stay, including fridge/freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher and a washer/dryer.
Living/Dining
The open plan living/dining room offers a table and chairs for 6 plus comfortable sofa seating and a flat screen tv with Freeview.
Sleeping
There are 3 bedrooms in total, there is a double bedroom plus a bunk room with a double bottom bunk located on the same 1st floor. The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor (some restricted head height) and has a king size bed.. The downstairs bedrooms provide plenty of storage for clothes and all bedrooms are made up with good quality linen and towels.
Bathing
The main family bathroom downstairs has a bath with shower over and upstairs there is an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom.
Outside
The property does not have a designated parking space, however you are welcome to stop outside to unload/load your car on arrival/departure and for trips to the beach. There is a small courtyard area with a picnic bench for exclusive use of Sea Lodge guests. The apartment is located above Montague Farmhouse and is accessed via its own private entrance using an external staircase.
Good to know
Wifi, bed linen and hand/bath towels are provided free of charge.
Very conveniently located between in the heart of the village, yet just a short walk of approx. 15 mins to the beach.
Unfortunately, pets are not accepted at this property.
There is no parking at this property, the village car park is 160m from the property and offers the option to purchase a weekly pass for a very good price. Full details and confirmation of prices can be found on the Ringo App or Website.
This apartment is situated above Montague Farmhouse (another holiday rental property) and is accessed via an external staircase. Internally, the apartment is set across two floors.

There is a refundable security deposit of £100 payable with the final balance or 1 week prior to arrival - please note this will not be shown in the total cost of the booking on the summary screen. The security deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection)

Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due (Homeaway/Airbnb will also charge their service fee to you upon booking). The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival (Airbnb will detail the payment schedule to you upon booking).

It is not possible to add any extras when booking via Homeaway/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.
