Unit 4 our grand duplex apartment features two A/C cooled king bedrooms, private bathrooms and balcony views overlooking beautiful tropical landscape and your private pool with palm trees and a waterfall. Relax on your balcony and take in the scenery with coffee in the morning and listen to the tranquil sound of the waterfall to clear your mind. The main floor features a fully functional state of the art kitchen, a beautiful dining area and gathering area for any large group. Living room includes a 70" smart TV, free Wi Fi and half bath. Walk out your front door to a huge sun soaked Coralina patio surrounding the pool, relax on a lounge chair or have a cocktail in the pool on your built-in seats or a floating lounge. There's a shady pergola with tables and chairs to get out of the sun, have some food or just read a book, when the sun goes down the poolside landscape lighting allows you to enjoy the ambiance and the night air. If the beach is your desire, grab one of our beach chairs and a cooler and take a short walk down the street to Rincon's most desirable sandy beaches for a great tan.
