If you take the stairs down to the first floor, you will enter the living and dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. If you prefer to dine al fresco, there is a gas barbecue and an outdoor kitchen with a dining table for 6 people, just a few steps away from the living room. An attractive feature of the villa is the glass area that separates the living room and the pool. The inviting pool is easily accessible both from the garden and from inside through the wellness area, where a sauna is available.

Visit the famous baroque-style church of St. Euphemia. You can also go horse riding, hiking or jogging in the surroundings of Rovinj. Visit Pula (approx. 25 km away) and admire the famous Roman amphitheater or take a day trip to the Brijuni National Park.
