Positive: Very clean. Kind staff. Solid food. Great restaurants on site.

Negative: Many things were broken or blocked off for private parties. Hammam out of order, experience showers in spa out of order, 1 pool closed for season and 2 blocked off for private event. Aromatherapy sauna and steam room had no aromatherapy. Just regular sauna and steam room. Gym was great but no sanitizing wipes or towels. Wondering how often it was cleaned or maintained since only saw one staff there operating the rental desk and no cleaners. Breakfast was good but not great like reviews suggested.

Summary: Great space unless you wanted fully functioning spa facilities
