Fresh painted cool colored walls add to the serenity with dark wood flooring and soft leather couches. Brand new Tv’s in both bedrooms with a 65” tv mounted above the fireplace for a cozy evening. The gourmet kitchen offers white shaker cabinets, SS appliances with quartz countertops, and plenty of space to cook and entertain. Small kitchen appliances include a coffee maker, toaster oven with dishes, utensils, and cookware.
The first bedroom has 2 twin size beds, the second bedroom offers a king size bed with ambient lighting. A full-size washer and dryer are at your disposal. All linens, pillows, sheets, hair dryer, and makeup towels are provided. The Florida room features a plush couch with a queen size pull out bed that sleeps 2. Enjoy a sunset evening dinner on the spacious fenced patio equipped with dining tables and chairs. Want to BBQ? A brand new grill with all the accessories are at your disposal.
The cottage is every adult's dream.!!! Walk into an overly spacious Spanish Style Cottage with wood beams on the ceiling and Mexican tile. Archways and Spanish tile make their way around the cottage with soft colored walls to compliment. The cottage offers a 1 bedroom1 bath and can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. Brand new Tv’s in the bedroom and living room with surround sound. This kitchen is fully equipped and features a SS wine cooler. Small kitchen appliances include a coffee maker, toaster oven with dishes, utensils, and cookware. The living room features a plush leather couch with a queen size pull out bed that sleeps 2.
Your spacious bedroom features a brand new memory foam king size mattress and wicker frame. Forgot your phone charger??? No problem at all, a universal charger is located on the side of the bed for your convenience. A full size washer and dryer is at your disposal. All linens, pillows, sheets, hair dryer, iron and iron board, with makeup towels are provided. The bathroom continues the Spanish style with décor tile up to the ceiling on the accent wall. Specifically designed for relaxation and enjoyment, walk into an oversized shower with 3 shower heads to soothe you. A handheld is on the left, a fixed shower head is on the right, and my favorite the enormous rain shower head directly above you!!!!!!! A private fenced patio is exclusive to the cottage.
