It comprises a main house (130 m²) with 3 bedrooms, a living/dining room, a fully fitted kitchen and two shower rooms, as well as a self-contained flat (50 m²) with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully fitted kitchen and a shower room. You’ll also enjoy the private swimming pool and the garden, which covers approximately 2,500 m². Bed linen and towels are included. We’re just waiting for you!

The villa is fitted with a timer that controls the air conditioning in the bedrooms, which operates between 11.00 pm and 8.00 am. The living areas are not air-conditioned.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Main house:
- A large living room with a fireplace, TV and Wi-Fi router, opening onto the swimming pool on one side and the patio on the other, as well as a 90x200 sofa bed (sleeps one).
- An open-plan kitchen with an oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle, deep-fat fryer, food processor, fridge, American-style freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and a set of wine glasses.
- Bedroom 1: A queen-size bed (160x200) overlooking the swimming pool.
- Bedroom 2: A queen-size bed (160x200) overlooking the swimming pool.
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds (90×200) which can be pushed together to form a king-size bed (180x200).
- A large shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet.
- A large bathroom with a bath and toilet.
The large living areas benefit from natural ventilation thanks to the large sliding glass doors.
The flat:
- A living room with a TV, opening onto the patio and featuring a 90×200 sofa bed (sleeps one).
- An open-plan kitchen with an induction hob, a kettle, a fridge, a freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine.
- Bedroom 4: A queen-size bed (160x200).

There is no air conditioning in the flat, but it is sheltered from the heat.
