Positive: We really liked the quiet place and the huge estate with olive trees. Close to the villa is the Amarin resort with beaches, restaurants an bars. But you can also find other less comercial and crowded beaches within walking distance. If you want to get to the centre of Rovinj you can use boat taxi or tourist train.
