📍 Check-In & Arrival
- Complete the Rental Agreement before arrival per San Bernardino County regulations
- Check-in time is 4:00 PM (early check-in may be available upon request. We will do our best to accommodate!).
- Please be mindful of quiet hours from 10 PM - 7 AM to respect our neighbors.
🐾 Pet Policy
We’re happy to welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs under the following conditions:
- Pet Fee: $75 per stay (maximum of 2 dogs).
- Pet Rules:
• Keep pets off furniture and beds to maintain cleanliness.
• Crate pets when unattended inside the cabin.
• Always leash and supervise pets outdoors.
• Clean up after your pet—failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Please note: No cats allowed. Thank you for understanding!
🗑️ Trash & Recycling Guidelines
- Black Cart (Household Waste): Bagged food waste, food containers, lightweight plastics, Styrofoam, bagged pet waste, and clothing.
- Blue Cart (Recycling): Flattened cardboard, paper, glass bottles, aluminum, tin, and magazines.
- Our team will make sure the cans are at the curb for trash day. If the bins are full before then, please notify us and we will take care of it for you!
🔥 Fireplace
- This home is equipped with a gas fireplace insert. No wood needed.
- Please make sure that the fireplace is off when you leave the home.

- Propane BBQ. Turn on propane valve during use and turn off after use
- Please clean the BBQ after use (fees may apply if left excessively dirty)
