Beautifully furnished 5 bedroom house with contemporary bathroom, cloakroom, utility, wet room, and wetsuit drying room. Large garden, large terrace, and parking for 3 cars. White Sands is pet friendly (*charges apply) and has an EV charging point available.
Dining/Cooking
Wooden doors open from the lounge to the dining room where there is a 9ft oak table and chairs for 10 people. The dining room leads around to the well fitted kitchen with granite work tops and integrated appliances including; dishwasher, microwave, split level oven, gas hob and built-in fridge and freezer. The kitchen leads to the utility room, cloakroom, and door to the side of the property.
Living
A spacious hallway gives access to the dual aspect sitting room with comfortable seating for 10, a wood burner, Smart TV and DVD/Blu Ray player which also has a free sat box.
Sleeping
There are two bedrooms to the ground floor (one twin and one king size double) and 3 bedrooms to the first floor (master bedroom zip & link, twin bedroom & further zip & link). All the bedrooms are fitted with flat screen tv's.
Bathing
There is a family bathroom upstairs with separate shower. Downstairs there is a walk-in shower room with WC, sink unit and underfloor heating.
Outside
To the side of the property there is a separate entrance to the wetsuit drying room with underfloor heating and hanging rails. Steps lead down to a decked terrace with extending wooden table and wooden chairs and access to the lawned garden, providing a lovely place to sit, relax and entertain after a hard day on the beach. There is use of a coal BBQ.

BOOKING INFORMATION

There is a refundable security deposit of £200 payable with the final balance (not applicable to Airbnb bookings) - please note this will not be shown in the total cost of the booking on the summary screen. The security deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due. The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
For Bookings confirmed with VRBO, Ocean Cottages will take your payment prior to confirming your booking, this could be up to 72 hours after receiving your confirmation from VRBO. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. Airbnb take payment on our behalf and pay us after your stay, they will confirm the dates and amounts due when you make your booking.
It is not possible to add any extras when booking via VRBO/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.
