Come enjoy our recently remodeled apartment with AC in living room and brand new kitchen. Relax, unwind and enjoy the pool view from our balcony and main areas of our apartment. The space
Aquátika is a gated community of private apartments, it is not a resort although it has amenities as if it were. 5 swimming pools, basketball court, tennis and volleyball, playground for children, beautiful gardens and direct access to the beach and security 24 hours a day.
Once you enter the complex, our apartment is in the buildings facing the pool and garden. Apartment is second level, perfect for families with small kids that want some privacy and few amount of steps.
Upon entering the apartment you access the open and very modern and luxuriuos area of the living room, dining room and kitchen. All the furniture is comfortable to have a good time either resting having fun with the family or working remotely. We take cleanliness very seriously and we like to have a spotless place for your arrival. Master bedroom has King bed, private bath, Smart TV and best of all comfortable mattress for a good night sleep. The apartment has wifi, and a smart TV in the living room.
Guest access
The Apartment has two parking spaces at no additional cost, near the apartment. We recommend that you rent a car. Taxis and "share ride" services must be arranged several hours in advance. We can put you in contact with a taxi driver, but the rented car is always the best option.
Other things to note
1. For a separate fee we can deliver a supermarket purchase before your arrival of up to 20 items, or a meal prepared by one of the best cooks in our work team. We have some general recommendations of things to do during your vacation, but if you want something tailored to your group, we can also design your trip after answering questions about your group of family and/or friends preferences. Once you complete your reservation asks us the details.
2. The Aquatika Condominium has a strict access control policy to the facilities and VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED. The maximum number of names/guests allowed per stay is 8. Please make sure that your number of guests on the reservation matches the number of names that are submitted. Once the names are sent to the Administration, changes or additions are not allowed.
3. For your stay we offer some bathroom and kitchen items to start your vacation. It is the guest's responsibility to replenish these items as they become depleted during their stay.
4. The beach access gate opens at 8:00 am until it gets dark.
