TV's in the living room and Master bedroom, two newly renovated full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, wet bar, dining room, living room with sectional sleeping bed, large balcony with amazing vistas, rocking chairs and a high top table to enjoy breakfast and a romantic dinner. A garage with a half bathroom and closet where you can find snorkel equipment, beach chairs, beach lounges, beach umbrellas, kites, etc. Outdoor personal terrace with a well maintained tropical garden, a comfy hammock, a wood deck and a private boardwalk leading to a secluded beach with your own beautiful mosaics outdoor shower, benches with a table, sitting area and a charcoal BBQ kitchenette with sink and prep area. Gated quiet complex with security. Beautiful lush tropical gardens thru out the complex. A Pool with a gazebo to enjoy gatherings with friends and family. Close to local bars and restaurants, Prime Outlet shopping mall, horse back riding, surfing, tropical forest, zip-lining, caves and caverns, Casino, Arecibo Observatory, Toro Negro rain forest and many other natural and cultural attractions. Mar Chiquita Beach is about a 45 minute drive from San Juan International Airport. Personally I love Mar Chiquita because it's not too far, but it feels like it's worlds away. I love the lush landscapes, the coastal vistas, the perfect weather. I love to go swimming after work before going to dinner. Mar Chiquita makes me feel completely re-energized.
