This apartment is on the top floor of a typical architecture building with only four apartments, one on each floor. Owning to its situation you can breathe the sea breeze and listen to the sea waves. There is a bar next door will music on weekends until midnight. Just crossing the street you have the seaside resort Barreirinha. Nearby there are the natural beaches in the pebble “Calhau São Tiago” and “Touco”. Centrally situated in the Old Town with lovely fish restaurants, pubs, bakery, cafes, the very typical Market and all the amenities around it. No car is necessary, everything is in a short walk. The Funchal promenade or the center of Funchal is five minutes walk.
