Η θερμική λουτρό άνεσης το καλοκαίρι και το χειμώνα. Η ψύξη της βίλας (χωρίς κλιματισμό), θέρμανση και ζεστό νερό. Τέλος, εξαιρετικές συνθήκες φυσικού φωτισμού. Η βίλα είναι 186μ², χτισμένη με εσωτερική σκάλα. Στον επάνω όροφο υπάρχουν τρία υπνοδωμάτια με διπλά και μονά κρεβάτια, μπάνια και ευρύχωρες βεράντες με θέα στο απέραντο πράσινο που εκτείνεται στις κορυφές των Λευκών Ορέων.(Λευκά Όρη). Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει ένα ευρύχωρο καθιστικό με δορυφορική τηλεόραση, τζάκι και άνετο καναπέ. Καλά οργανωμένη κουζίνα, σε συνδυασμό με μια άνετη τραπεζαρία. Όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια είναι εξοπλισμένα με στρώματα Coco-mat και σεντόνια.
