This one bedroom apartment occupies a fantastic location with views across the Trenance Park and Boating Lake. Please note the apartment has no lift access, it is only accessible via stairs and is located on the 2nd floor.Just a few minutes walk away you'll find Newquay Zoo, Tennis Courts, Crazy Golf, a Leisure Centre and a Miniature Railway. On the park is a tea room heading towards the zoo and across from the apartment is a popular café which becomes a very busy restaurant in the evening. Just a few more minutes walk and you will be in Newquay centre where you can explore one or all 5 of the lovely beaches with plenty of activities including surf schools. Head down to Lusty Glaze to try jet skiing, abseiling and many more or walk down to Newquay Harbour and book a sea safari trip where you might see the dolphins. Newquay town has various shops, pubs, and restaurants including Walkabout.

The open plan living area is a perfect family space with a door opening on to the balcony but has the privacy of a separate bedroom. There is room for 4 with a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area which is ideal for 2 children or one adult, although it will sleep 2 adults it is slightly smaller than a true double bed.
