Positive: - Exceptional Service: The staff were, without exception, extremely kind and genuinely attentive. Their dedication to service truly upholds the Four Seasons standard. - Immaculate Environment: The hotel and our accommodations were clean and well-maintained, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere.

Negative: Unfortunately, the culinary experience was a significant letdown and fell well below the standard one would expect from a 5-star resort, especially one associated with the Four Seasons brand. • Claudine (Main Restaurant): We found the food options here to be quite limited. Furthermore, there was a service lapse when I was served the wrong dish, which detracted from the experience. • Ahi (Japanese Restaurant): We felt the dining at Ahi was unexciting and merely average. Across both restaurants, none of the food we were served inspired us to want to return for a second meal. For a hotel of this caliber and price point, the food quality and variety should be a highlight of the stay, not a disappointment.
