Self check-in is via a keypad at the front door, with full instructions sent before arrival. There are stairs to the upper-floor bedrooms and bathrooms. Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome at an extra charge. No smoking anywhere on the property, and no parties or events.

Booking policy
Guests are not required to pay a security deposit for this stay, however, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 to the card on file in the case of any damage or excess mess. Please take care and tidy up after yourself during your stay.
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.
