Snasici is small village with a few dosen houses and the first neighbour is aprox. 50m from the property. In short walking distance there is groceries shop, children playground, local soccer club and bowling field. Nearest beaches are in Rabac about 12km away and city of Labin 6,5km.
In the property front yard there is a cute garden and parking area for at least three cars which leads to the entrance patio of the house.
Ground floor, on 70sqm is dedicated to the daytime relaxing. Living room is comfortable with extra-large sofa, satellite TV, PS4, A/C unit and dining area with big table for eight. Dining area connects to the fully equipped kitchen with dinette and pantry. Both kitchen and living room thru wide terrace doors opens to the fenced backyard and 24sqm covered terrace with huge dining table for outdoor enjoyment. Second bathroom is equipped with a shower.
