The house sits above La Chata beach, so watch the surfers, the rolling waves, or just listen to the soothing sounds of the ocean. The house itself sits aloft on almost one acre of fenced sweeping lawns. This home has tons of natural light, has great windows for cross ventilation with the ocean breezes or air conditioning available anywhere in the house! With 3 bedrooms that can be king sized beds or twin beds in one, there is plenty of accommodation space for 6 people. 3 bathrooms inside and a 1/2 bathroom and oversized outdoor rain shower make the house great for gathering and for privacy. Two living areas, 2 Master Suite/Casita and 2 master sitting rooms, a gourmet kitchen and a real dining room! (unusual for island homes) makes this home a great retreat for friends or family! The outdoor living areas feature a swimming pool, several sitting areas with plush and comfortable furniture, and an exterior covered dining area. The newly built Master Casita is located off the pool area as well. (The home is NOT in Destino.)
