This small studio has all the basics you need for a very good stay. And it's location puts you in friendly neighborhood where there are plenty of vacational apartments and best of all: walking distance to the beach and to "La Calle LOIZA", which is a street strip that starts at the corner of our street with a bunch of different restaurants, bars, stores, Walgreens 24 hrs banks, gas stations, medical cannabis dispensary for persons with license, doctor's offices and at a 5 minute ride a hospital at Ashford Ave at Condado. Our location is the perfect one where you will find "the mix of locals and tourists" and not just a touristic area without the soul of the locals, such as Condado and Isla Verde. At Ocean Park (which is between Condado and Isla Verde) you can have a different experience because it has soul!!! People love the neighborhood!
