With three bedrooms, including one double, a single and a twin, this cottage can sleep five people. The rest of the cottage includes a bathroom, a cloakroom, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside, there is roadside parking available on a first come, first served basis, and an enclosed courtyard garden. Kirkby House is ideally-situated to enjoy all of the delights of this fantastic seaside town, and the surrounding beauty of the North York Moors National Park. Sorry no pets and no smoking.

There is a Co-Op on the other side of the river approx 10 min away. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: This property is accessed by a cobbled slope and 15 steps down from The Ropery or 48 steps up from Church Street. Note: The cottage is in a residential area. Please respect the neighbours if you are sitting out at night and keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm.
