The condo is equipped with brand new kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, and air conditioning in every room. It is walking distance to beaches, world class surf and the center of town. The apartment is directly across the street from a supermarket and bakery among other businesses. Sea Beach Village features a communal pool, gazebo, and basketball court on the grounds.
