The outdoor area is one of the highlights of the villa, featuring a 32sqm heated, infinity swimming pool with a modern salt electrolysis system that ensures chlorine-free water. (Please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.) Surrounded by a spacious sundeck with 12 comfortable sun loungers and parasols, as well as an outdoor shower, this space is ideal for enjoying long sunny days. The first floor offers a bright and open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped modern kitchen. Large glass walls facing south allow natural light to flood the space and provide uninterrupted sea views throughout the day. On the second floor, guests will find four elegant en-suite bedrooms, each designed with comfort and style in mind. All of the bedrooms have queen-size beds, 160x200cm, AC, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
