The condo is located steps from the beach, in one of the best located oceanfront condominiums in the Josée Tartak Avenue and has a protected assigned parking space! You also have for the stay, beach towels and beach chairs.
Included: bath linens, washing machine and dryer. The rooms have air conditioning but not in the living room. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and dining, TV in living room and both rooms, wireless mesh systeme internet acces inside and on the terrasse. For public transportation, their is a bus at the corner of Tartak and Isla Verde avenue, direct to San Juan. Also taxis and Uber are plentiful.
Near prestigious hotels, fine restaurants, food market and CVS Pharmacy.
A car is not necessary for every day use because everything is within 10 minutes walking distance (Pharmacy, super market, souvenir boutiques, ATM, ) .
